      I, Kristi McFate and my sister Lynsey Engels, have teamed up to provide you with the best possible service at all times.  Both of us have graduated from Purdue University with backgrounds in finance, marketing and advertising and are anxious to put our training and dedication to service to work for you.        

     In addition, we are supported by the largest real estate company in the area.  Not only is Mel Foster Co. the largest, but they are the only real estate firm in the area to receive the prestigious "Integrity Award" by the Better Business Bureau.  Our company also provides expertise in relocation, auction services, land development, construction, insurance and property management.
